Poem for the day: My Grand Mother Was A Good Woman

My grandmother was a good woman Enduring enough to put up with my grandfather What a caring woman she was And life goes on after they are gone Gone but the stars stand high in the sky And the tropical winds don't wanna say goodbye Even as the newly-born child is born On a day next to a October morn When leaves of grass turn brown in the north And and a woman married in January is giving birth Yes my grandmother was a woman with lots of passion How I pray the world has the same compassion.
